Gamification Master Craftsman (Level 3)
An individual who has received Gamification Master Craftsman (Level 3) certification has received advanced training on how to integrate gamification methodologies for the improvement of learning and development.Â
This advanced certification is not only about learning gamification methodologies but also about applying them in a real-world context.
To earn this certification, you must:
- Design and Deliver a Gamified Project: You are required to create and implement a gamified learning and development (L&D) project. This project should be for your organization or another approved entity.
- Deploy to a Targeted Audience: Crucially, your project must go beyond the stages of playtesting or prototyping. It needs to be a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that is deployed to a minimum of 20 individuals. This is to ensure that your project has real-world impact and applicability.
- Demonstrate Comprehensive Knowledge and Application: As a Gamification Master Craftsman, you should exhibit a deep understanding of planning and executing successful instructional design projects with gamification elements.
- Prerequisites: Before reaching this level, you must have completed both the Gamification Surveyor Certification (Level 1) and the Gamification Journeyman Certification (Level 2).
Achieving the Gamification Master Craftsman status is a testament to your ability to not only grasp advanced gamification concepts but also effectively implement them in a practical setting.
